KCB Foundation (KCBF) has partnered with Mastercard Foundation under the "Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) Capacity Building Program" to offer capacity building to youth-led enterprises in business development and financial management.

CoELIB's Role as BDS Provider
CoELIB, the Business Development Services (BDS) provider in Nakuru, Narok and Nyandarua counties, will walk with select youth entrepreneurs (18-34 years old) through bootcamp training and coaching and mentorship.

CoELIB has over 9 years of experience in BDS, incubation, business leadership, and market development services and brings technical capacities to strengthen business operations, improve market access, and enhance financial literacy for long-term sustainability and growth for participating MSMEs.
Programme Components
The MSME Capacity Building Program provides comprehensive support through three interconnected components:
Bootcamp Training
Intensive foundational training covering business fundamentals, financial management, and entrepreneurial skills.
Coaching & Mentorship
One-on-one coaching and group mentorship sessions with experienced business professionals and entrepreneurs.
Business Development
Practical support in business planning, market access, financial literacy, and operational efficiency.
